An easy to use Production and Forecasting tool. Developed in conjunction with real restaurant managers and their input. This program uses historical sales and product mix data polled from the locations POS System, nightly and stored in a secure private cloud. The end user then has access to a variety of product forecast tools, prep charts and product thawing (tempering) charts.
Once fully setup, the program requires just 5 to 10 minutes of user time each week to prepare for the upcoming week. The program has gather tremendous steam in a short while and is already in use in over 200+ Hardee’s and Carl’s Jr locations.
