MNH Technology and Consulting LLC, was established with the express mission to help small, medium and even large restaurant companies in overcoming technology challenges. I create automation tools so you and your restaurant management teams can focus more time on guest service, employee training and controlling costs.

Having operated a Fast Food Franchise (19 locations) for over 22 years, with 35+ total years of restaurant experience, I've pretty much done and seen it all.  As a partner in our company I actively oversaw several disciplines including: IT, Marketing, Administration, as well as Facilities and new construction. My background also includes 13 years in restaurant operations at all levels.  Our company was twice named ‘Franchisee of the Year’.


After selling our successful franchise in 2012, I started MNH Technology  and Consulting in order to assist other restaurant operators with technology challenges.  My degree in Computer Programming allows me to produce tools towards that effort.
